Arthur Davis
SA / WA
Arthur and his family lived in Tanzania during his thirties, 2013–2023, partnering with the local IFES university ministry to empower its staff workers. He practised coaching and mentoring, guided the pedagogy of training camps, and created discipleship resources. This support fostered ministry engagement and team cohesion, with multiple staff workers extending their terms of service. As acting director during 2018, Arthur helped facilitate a major leadership transition before returning to his support role.
Arthur is an Associate of the Australasian Association of Supervisors (AAOS) and is an Associate Certified Coach (ICF). His studies have primarily been in the humanities, and he previously worked as a middle and senior school teacher before a Master of Divinity and intercultural training. He also serves on staff with a South Australian workplace ministry.
Now living in Adelaide/Tarntanya, Arthur is offering support to Christian leaders around Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand through Partners In Ministry. He seeks genuine collaboration and is skilled in working across difference. He brings imagination, an appreciation for beauty, and a focus on wholeness.
Arthur longs to see flourishing in adversity and to see ‘all things hold together’ in Christ for the full-orbed witness of the Church in God’s world.
