Partners In Ministry Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel your attendance at an event, we will be happy to issue you with a refund. Please notify us of your bank details for the refund at accounts@partnersinministry.com

Refunds are processed weekly.

Late cancellations

Please note that we incur up-front costs for our courses, retreats and workshops, and this means we need to impose charges for late cancellations.

In-person events (including courses, retreats and workshops)

Cancellation charges are: 100% forfeit for cancellation within 48 hrs of the event, 50% forfeit if notified a week in advance, 20% if a fortnight in advance.

Online events

Fees for online events are eligible for a full refund up to 48 hours before an event, by emailing info@parnersinministry.com

We will then arrange a refund directly to your bank account.
