Approximately 700 Church leaders were supported in some way by either Partners in Ministry or the Centre for Ministry Development (CMD) during 2023.

In January 2024, both organisations collaborated to conduct a survey with these church leaders. The survey was to assist leaders in reflection on their leadership, their personal position, and their church through 2023. 140 leaders completed the reflection survey by the cutoff date. 

This report aims to aggregate these findings to gain insights into where these leaders are currently at and to see if we can have a better understanding of the church climate at the end of 2023.
