Coolabah Forum is for leaders of churches with over 500 attendees. Our objective is to create an environment for free flowing, facilitated conversations about a range of topics that are specifically relevant to leading a larger church.

This is not a conference where you expect speakers from overseas. This is a forum to facilitate leaders to come together in a facilitated round-table format to:

  • Connect with other pastors who face similar ministry opportunities and challenges.

  • Share wisdom on a variety of topics unique to large churches

  • Form and renew friendships with old and new colleagues across denominations.

  • Support each other practically and prayerfully.

“Leading a large church has unique challenges, responsibilities, and rewards. I always find it beneficial spending time with pastors and leaders of similar sized churches as we compare experiences and learn from one another. I am looking forward to the upcoming Coolabah Forum 2024 to learn, grow, and foster new and old relationships.”
