The past four years in church ministry have been extraordinarily challenging, particularly for church leaders. Church leaders have led through one of the most challenging and complex ministry landscapes in years.

At Partners in Ministry, it is our pleasure, and privilege to support Church Leaders to be healthy & effective in ministry through consultancy, training, and coaching, both personally and spiritually, helping leaders lead the Church community God has intrusted to them.

Glory to God that we were able to support 714 church leaders in 2023! We are grateful to have been able to witness new commitments to follow Jesus, growth in attendance and finance, and an increase in faith and discipleship across the churches led by those leaders.

Our mission remains unchanged. We desire to see churches across Australia and New Zealand flourish. To achieve this we support church leaders to flourish, to be healthy spiritually and personally, and to lead their church community effectively under God. We know that many leaders are conscious they have not received formal training in leadership or management.

God has blessed us with a wonderful team across Australia and New Zealand, and the prayers and generous financial support of many. Thank you so much to those who have prayed for us and for the Church, and praise be to God for all He is doing through Partners in Ministry.

We are so grateful for those who have generously funded our work, enabling us to build a resilient and faithful team, and allowing us to make a difference for more church leaders, regardless of their financial situation.

This following report is not only a testimony of how your prayers, and generous financial contributions have impacted the Church across Australia and New Zealand It is also testimony of God’s continued faithfulness and provision, and His unending love for His Churches everywhere.

In 2024, we have been challenged to increase our support significantly. We can only do this with your continued prayers and financial support.
